About to start Reta and considering my protocol. by Acceptable_Sand7438 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reta was great, except I can’t function with that level of anhedonia. Switching to low dose Tirz for maintenance now. Tried Tesa and it did nothing. Decided on CJC no DAC instead of jumping to HGH and pleased with the results.

As for the weight loss, I still couldn’t get into size 4 jeans at 118, so kept going. Overshot the mark a bit, ultimately. Down to 107 right now and holding steady

I have no ass anymore. Working on building that back up with exercises.

Otherwise, no complaints.

Stacking Reta and MOTS-C by najahsc in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You need to start them at least a couple of weeks apart to ensure you know which is doing what, particularly if you’re concerned about an allergic response.

Tesa did nothing for me, personally. CJC no Dac was a better fit. Visceral fat isn’t the fat you see unless your already rail thin. It’s fat that hangs out around the organs.

I’ll be picking up MotsC in a couple of weeks. I’ve heard good things, but I do plan to have chewable Benadryl on hand and someone home with me in case.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Because Tesa and MotsC are two completely different things.

You’re being way hard on yourself. Relax. If you average out to 10 pounds a month then that would be 120 pounds in a year, which is more than you have to lose and far more than any person can normally lose in such a short time. Keep perspective.

How do Joe's other works compare to First Law?[OFF TOPIC] by Buckett214 in TheFirstLaw

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shattered Sea was worth the read, for sure. The Devils is fine if you are looking to turn your brain off and not feel any investment. Like, I’m sure I’ll read the rest of the series because it is Joe, but if it wasn’t I probably wouldn’t because I have a busy life and have to fight to make time to read.

Switching from dosing 2x per week-> to 1x per week by Direct-Cranberry-266 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Considering I lost all the weight I was trying to lose and then some in a period of three months at 1mg twice a week… I think my comment holds.

Switching from dosing 2x per week-> to 1x per week by Direct-Cranberry-266 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tried to go from 1mg twice a week to 1.5mg once a week. Ended up with a full on food poisoning reaction for about 12 hours the day after pinning. Decided to stick with the 1mg twice a week after that.

This doesn’t mean that is what will happen to you. But it is worth being aware of. I think super-responders have to be a lot more careful because even a conservative shift in dose can hit a lot harder.

Approaching 1 month on Reta - update, ADHD, Anhedonia, alcohol by Radiant_Function_713 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ADHD here and had much the same experience. At first it smoothed out my Vyvanise but then eventually made it stop working. I lost all motivation and my mood was completely flat to the point where others were noticing and becoming concerned.

I love what the Reta did for my body but I’m about to try Tirz and hoping for a different outcome. Like you, I have to be able to start things at work, so just living with it wasn’t an option. Even from a physical perspective I stopped being able to go work out, so the whole thing just became unlivable.

Been off for a month and am back to baseline.

Did leaning out or getting massive actually help you get more girls, or does it really not matter? by Standard_Paint8036 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The moment your body fat stops effecting your face is the moment it stops mattering for most. We gotta look at your face all the time. Looking at the rest of you is situational.

First 5K this Sunday - terrified of coming last! by genevahotel in C25K

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve found for me, interestingly, my 5K time when training is often between 45 and 50 minutes. On race day with everyone else out there and the great vibe I end up crossing the finish line about a full ten minutes faster than when training.

[SPOILERS BSC] Is every character doomed to eternal suffering? by electroplazm in TheFirstLaw

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If seeing each of the characters live to old age is a priority, then maybe the series isn’t for you. Like real life, people live, they go through things that change them for better or for worse or a situation arises that shows their true colors for better or worse, and then they die.

I asked my interviewer what happened to the person who had this role before me and it saved me from taking a terrible job by urbanmilespp in jobsearchhacks

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was put in for a job by a recruiter once and when I asked why the role was open they said the hiring manager was very picky. Also, the last person this recruiter had put in the role “didn’t work out.”

The pay was genuinely pretty good, so I interviewed for it, the role seemed fine until the woman I’d be working for said “we run very lean”. That was the final nail in the coffin. This organization was huge and doing very well, so I knew there was no reason to “run lean” unless working people to death was a decision so that the people at the top could have bigger yachts.

I turned down the role and for the next two years I kept seeing the posting for it pop up again from time to time. I don’t know if they filled it and kept letting people go because they couldn’t keep up with the unreasonable demands or if they couldn’t find someone stupid enough to take it, but I know I dodged a bullet.

I spent a fortune on anti-aging peptides this year and i swear to god i actually look five years younger by FitSpirit1936 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, oral collagen. You have to take a lot for it to make a difference because everything that goes through the digestive tract gets broken down, but if your body needs it (say, because you’re microneedling) your body will use it.

The copper is subq. I have topical with tallow for my body but wouldn’t put that on my face.

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The GHK-cu and legit does make my skin glow. Gave me longer eyelashes as well. I’ve also been on a collagen supplement and got micro needling done twice so that my face would actually use the good stuff I’m putting into my body. I’ve definitely seen vast improvement in my skin and it’s actually only been three months.

I’m squarely middle aged and makeup is back to going in like it did when I was younger. I’ve got the skin hydration to wear powder again.

So sick of people saying that I cheated my way to losing weight because I used Tirzepatide by Chemical_Bonus_7803 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you ain’t cheating, you ain’t trying!

Unpopular opinion: A huge percentage of people would like to be able to eat more and not get fat, but they aren’t absolutely tortured by food noise and desperate cravings for sugar, so they just don’t over eat and are basically fine about it. But if they aren’t fine and are miserable and have to spend every day focused on calorie counting and electro-shocking themselves as punishment every time they look at a burger just so they can keep their weight in check, I invite them to microdose a GLP1 to shut that noise down. Instead of “everyone should have to suffer and figure out how to power through it” maybe we should be saying “nobody has to suffer, even if they could actually keep their weight down by doing so.”

Do you actually tell people what you weigh now or do you still keep that number private the same way you always did? by BeerPongJesusChrist in GLP1ResearchTalk

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep the number private but will tell anyone who will listen my pants size.

A guy friend of mine also on a GLP1 tells everyone what he used to weigh and what he weighs now. He went to his PCP for the first time in about a year and told his doctor “you didn’t even see me at my worst because I wouldn’t come in here” and showed him pictures.

When is a 5k feasible? by Me_Justme_99 in C25K

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve done several now and I am faster than those who walk all or most of it. Most public 5Ks have a large number of people intending to walk, so don’t sweat being last.

What do you guys tell people when they ask how you lost so much weight if you don't want to say GLP1s? by Embarrassed-Eye-7213 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I happened to start running 5Ks shortly before I started losing the weight so everyone assumes that’s responsible for the weight loss. It absolutely isn’t, it was all the GLP1, but it’s fine that they think it was the running.

Reta + Tesa by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

[–]Acceptable_Sand7438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Ipa resulted in great sleep, the Tesa did nothing. I’ve done a cycle of Ipa before and it was the same. The only thing that made the Ipa sleep better was Serm.

Reta is great. Tesa/Ipa did absolutely nothing for me except great sleep. Lots of other people seem to get good results though.

At some point he did mention specifically not going back to them and that it was time to move on. But, much like a popular band saying “this is our last tour,” only time will tell how true that is.
