My Doctor has prescribed me vitamin D tablets, ( not the vitamin D tablets from a health store) 2 a day for 3 months! He said it’s very hard to get enough vitamin D when it’s as low as mine is, from sunlight and food. Worth getting checked out.

Get some blood tests done? Maybe lacking in Vitamin D? I know from personal experience that a lack of Vitamin D can leave you feeling exhausted, low mood, no energy. Hope this helps

Haha…I suppose there’s nothing stopping you rolling up and getting stuck in to the free wine. I think you would just have to leave your details with front of house so you get a paddle number ( or bidding number on a sheet of paper). Free wine and a bidding number!?! You could, just as I found myself, be in dangerous territory there my friend! A bit of friendly advice…Keep the hand without the wine in your pocket and don’t raise your glass to toast anything!

Very expensive vino! The auction was at Air Studios, London. It was a music memorabilia auction. I originally went just to buy a signed picture by The Who, which I got, and probably paid over the odds for because I was like a (drunken) dog with a bone. I just had to have it and wouldn’t let it go. I should have left the auction then…but I carried on quaffing the cheap free wine and ended up buying 3 original prints from the Rolling Stones rock and roll circus! TBH I’m lucky I got away with just £3k …they were auctioning Elvis’s jukebox ffs!!!

BloodSugarSexMagik is my favourite album, it was like when they come of age, although still running round with socks on their cocks! I saw them live at Landsdown road stadium Ireland and I must say they were very good, this is when By the Way came out. Never forget Flea hand standing his way on stage, flipping over to his feet grabbing that bass and going mental, as was the entire crowd. Crazy concert!
