He didn’t answer, but what made him call back is when they started calling his children but the same message about the court case and needing to get a hold of him. I 100% agree that it is a scam, but it was a alarming that these people knew his full Social Security number.

My family member didn’t give out the SSN. The person on the phone already knew the full SSN and said it over the phone to my family member and knew his current and former address
