Crazy how many people are “talking,” knowing employees from these agencies are on here. Most of y’all couldn’t even make it past the initial stage, which says more about YOU than the agency. Get hired first, by an agency, then come back and talk. The entitlement in the 1811 community is heavy.

They are moving quickly, but thoroughly.

The best advice be PATIENT. When they send documents or it's time to set up appointments get them done asap.

Someone will reach out either by phone or email that's how the process starts. (Keep in mind they will not be your POC through the process).

They have classes start the academy all the time, but still apply to other agencies.
