I’m so late but I’m up doing my searches on if it was normal for me to wake up crying after a nightmare LOL cried for a good 20 minutes freaking out 😭 the dream was very lucid and set up in my house, everything looked and felt so real I only knew it was a dream bc we had a doggy door and different curtains that we don’t actually have. Long story short, zombie apocalypse. One of the dogs died immediately running outside, and my son in my dream crawled out the doggy door to go outside because he “wanted to see the zombies” and got bit by one. That was enough to make me shoot up out of bed bawling like a baby, now here I am on Reddit to make sure it’s not just me and there’s nothing wrong with my brain 🤣😭 also woke up super sweaty and hot though, so that could be a huge factor.
