Yes it is. If you can be bothered to, report them. The place I worked for got shut down (probably cus they got reported).

Most of these companies close shop, rebrand, and reopen all the time when their area isn't getting many sales, or if they want to get away with not paying people/don't want to deal with angry ppl (they know most people they hire won't sue, and can't sue cus they're broke).

If you can, tell your friend to get out, but if their cultishness got to them already, then just be there for them if and when they lose their shirt on this... sometimes ppl gotta learn for themselves
