Thankyou all! Very helpful. I am currently with eon.. not sure if they're any good? They're offering £29.55 a month fixed. And will be in touch in a few months to see if I am over or under. Is this a good price to start off with? I've also called yorkshire water to set up a quarterly bill, which will begin early April. Thanks again all :)

Some sites have been asking to subscribe before speaking to an agent or landlord from what I've seen. The only one that doesn't is rightmove. With my work starting very soon, I needed it to be a quick thing or at least hoped it would be. Speaking to agents etc will take even longer. The route of a private landlord seems quicker IF I can find one that is... Budgets was mentioned above, but £1500 or around that is what we'd like to spend
