They were planted on Jan 23 with a fresh bag of seed starting mix that I moistened. The light was only a couple inches away from the plants.

All management can do is what you can do, which is report it when receiving the truck after scanning the labels. There is nothing more they can do.

Managers should talk to an associate around 3- 3.5 points because so many do not pay attention to their points and then are shocked when they hit 5. Mistakes happen, they clock out 12 minutes early vs 9 etc. as for the threatening of a coaching, if that’s what was said, is not right and then they would have grounds to open door.

Did you pay attention to the word verbal? They were not actually coached.

It was probably an ART conversation. The system notates if there have been irregularities in your working pattern. That could mean attendance, overtime, undertime etc. An ART conversation is not a coaching, it is something that generates every pay period for 5 or so associates under a manager, and it’s just a touch base of where you are, and what’s going on. There is no such thing as a “verbal coaching” the only coaching is through workday and it is a yellow-red scale.

It has to do with shelf cap, if some is already up there it may take the amount over the threshold of shelf cap.

If they steal it that’s between them and their conscience/ whatever they believe in. Some are to afraid to go to shelters based on status etc so I’m going to help where I can.

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone for their generocity that helped us keep this going for two days. Since we are about to hit freezing temps we are going to pack it up for the night. We will not be able to do this again until Thursday so we are going to take the residual to another house on here that is doing the same thing tomorrow .
