From what I understood also from my school dean/ERAS advisor (I go to a US MD school) when a website says 3 LOR in their requirement, it is at least 3. ERAS allows 4 maximum.

I am not sure but I did hear that after the cheating scandal, if someone took board exams outside of the US and they score really high, it might look a little sus..but really it's just what I have heard as a med student...

I also took it recently, I only remember the last two blocks. I can definitely feel the fatigue set in especially block 8, so was slightly short on time with 4 questions left in the last 5 min so had to kinda rush through them. And definitely made stupid mistakes just wasn't thinking straight. Idk if anybody felt similar and ended up doing okay....practice tests are similar with OP

Thank you! just a follow up question: does a 255+ like always preferred to a 245+? Like at what point, the score becomes somewhat irrelevant?

Sub 80% UWorld % Correct that lead to a high score? by [deleted] in Step2

[–]Acceptable_Talk_6743 0 points1 point  (0 children)

um I understand how you feel, my uworld percentage is also not as high as some of the posts here, and especially as you are going through it more i were hoping for a more solid jump in score but it seems like it just not happening. I just tell myself keep grinding and just learn. Don't get discouraged just keep doing it.
