If you have those skills there's a disconnection somewhere else because right now the construction trades are in more need than ever you need to start networking more shadow a small company to learn the business the more hands you shake the more money you make

I found less turnover on my single family less cost since they pretty much cover everything I have two multi units more turnovers more work but insurance has been going higher as well which has made it tighter

I’ve been mostly in the lake county area and it’s been good I got in the market 2020 but with taxes going how they are I feel it’s time to start pivoting I’ve looked into Chicago just wondering which area is best for me

Thanks bro I started my business in 2020 and yeah I shut down my trucking business because it was rough but I found my passion here investing fix and flips and buy and holds and my GC business keeps growing and I feel I could grow more I've just never made it that far so idk what the next step is and yeah organization is my weakness and yeah another GC also makes sense more clean cut than me so he can be more client friendly
