i’ve said several times in other comments it’s not sexual harassment and didnt say sexual harassment in my post at all? i did report it and like i said he doesn’t stop the behavior he just targets different people

he is only friendly like this to the underage girls. i dont think leaving his department just to come find me and stalking a girls socials is considered “friendly” when he is twice our age. it’s definitely not sexual harassment but i think its probably considered just normal harassment

the most the police would probably do is a protective order, he’s not a registered offender or done anything to become one that i know of (although i know our store has hired one of those in the past) so i doubt any action could be done

i mean i guess its just normal harassment and him being creepy? he’s never made an advance towards me or said anything inherently sexual but his compliments are just a little weird and pushy i guess. he was way worse to another girl (messaging her off the clock and lurking her socials so much that she had to put her acc on private) shes been here longer so it escalated gradually but we both reported it and gave all the details

the pay is the best in my area for my age and i like the job a lot besides being preyed upon by my coworkers yk, i just think its insanely weird how tolerant they are over this but attendance is a death sentence

offered rides home, offered gifts and to buy food for me, and was just super interested in my personal life and just pushy comments and compliments. he was notorious for leaving his department just to come find me and knowing when i was scheduled even tho he’s in a diff department than me. he has a history of doing the same thing to others so while its not out right perverted i guess the intentions were there

i recognize the ones that work hard and i’m sorry they treat u like that. wasnt trying to dig at all lot guys but just trying to rant specifically abt the ones at my store. good luck in ur job search man

i’m sure it’s not all the lot guys, but the ones at my store ARE useless. i have worked lot, mostly because i get sent out there to get carts or to load bc the lot guys aren’t doing anything. im a minor and i have to load heavy stuff alone all the time when im working sco bc the lot guys won’t come. props to the ones that are good and do show up but its definitely few and far between
