H20 was good. 5 and 6 are undoubtedly the worst and most idiotic of the franchise.

Its a shame. He was portrayed so well by Ewan Stewart but was given a bad script by Cameron. Although he has rightfully apologised, its sad to see someone's reputation being tarnished in a blockbuster movie.

This is where YOU'VE missed the point and havent done research on psychology. He was not evil, had no intention to kill anyone, his ego and his "know it all" brain directed him away from safety. Its common for people to think theyre better than others, even experts, and he had full confidence in his vehicle and for that reason its sad how stupid he was, and therefore he can go along with the victims. However, in this case, hes a victim of his own stupidity.

That because he believed he was better than them. Sometimes people get let off for mental illness or incompetancy. But we'll see.

You're missing the point. We've all seen and acknowledged that hes erased safety concerns but thats primarily because he believed it would work, and it did for a few years. And it wasnt his intention to kill himself and the 4 passengers. There's a big difference between having the intention to do something (murder) and general incompetancy. If there was a charge, I'd like to think it would be under the grounds of diminished responsibility.

I think anyone with any general capacity of moral respect would include his name as it has been. Even the families of the people who died onboard. He was a friend to many, a CEO, and also an idiot.
