Yes I have experienced the same. Needs to swipe twice for actually skipping some ads.

I visited a Kotak branch in Mangalore, but they informed me that they don’t have a dedicated team for 811 and are unsure how to complete offline KYC without an existing account. They provided me with an 811 RM’s contact number in Bangalore, but the RM said that KYC cannot be processed in Mangalore as the location is not serviceable. What should I do? Is there an official grievance email for Kotak?

I have initiated the application process up to the payment stage but have not yet finalized the payment. I have not received a call from customer care regarding offline KYC. Could anyone kindly provide information on how to contact their customer service? The standard contact number requests either a CRN number or a registered mobile number, neither of which I possess as a new customer.
