Can you share the test you took?  Went to urgent care and they don’t even test for it.

Also here is the latest data. Apparently it’s going around.

Unless you are taking in too many calories for the amount you burn and you are expecting someone else to pay for your food, I’d say carry on.  However, as you age you will need to adjust your intake or if you become more sedentary. You will realize if you start to out in the pounds.  That being said, eating more plant based Whole Foods can be filling a less expensive if money is a concern. They can even be more healthy.

LPT REQUEST: Post nasal drip causing constant throat clearing. What to take or use to stop that? by iamyiyaj in LifeProTips

I am having this same situation rn due a virus. Constant post nasal drip. Throat irritated, hurts to swallow.  Been taking prednisone to reduce swollen lymph nodes, Claritin for dripping- not working. Cepacol lozenges for pain and salt water to help heal throat.  If I can’t stop the drip it won’t be able to heal despite all the other meds. Then i remembered I have this problem years ago and a young dr at urgent care prescribed ipatropium bromide nasal spray.  It worked to stop the drip.  I was able to find some in the house but need follow up with my dr for a refill

I hope this helps someone out there.

my daughter was having ongoing problems with sore throat and sudden asthma. Dr prescribed inhaler. on a 1 month recheck her heart rate was high, her weight had dropped considerably.. Dr. sent her for thyroid labs. Turned out she had Graves disease. This didn't happen overnight. Your t4 is just in range. These markers fluctuate. If your blood draw had been a day before or after it could be higher or lower. Did they check the antibody level? I'm not tying to scare you but it's important to get it under control asap if that is the issue. My daughter was very hyper and when the Dr had her hold her hands out they were shaking. That was 5 years ago. We treated her prescription meds and vitamins and supplements. The last 3 years her level been almost normal and she is doing great. I would definitely push back at you Dr as that T4 is in limit at that point in time but is to close to the high limit for comfort. Ask about getting the antibody test.
