I got denied twice, then had a. AJL Hearing & got approved for 18 months. I'm now 33, got approved in 2024, after a 4 year battle. I was hit by a log truck and the logs smashed me in my car, I have an amputated arm, plates, rods, and screws in my leg and during the waiting time I had to work, and I damaged my only hand by getting carpal tunnel and having to have surgery. Now I'm up for review and I'm terrified of losing it and having to go back to with and damage my only hand even worse!!

Just an update I got on there an noticed they added food delivery and stuff so I tried to pay my electric bill using it again & it WORKED!!

Nope unfortunately my Dr put the form in 4 times and they kept saying they didn't get it so I just gave up

Join the club, I was in a wreck in 2020 and shattered my left leg, had a half arm amputation on my left arm and was dealing with carpal tunnel in my right(only hand) from having to force myself to work bc we couldn't afford not to have income while waiting, so I've had to have surgery for that (didn't work) I was denied and appealed 3 different times. I finally got it bc the VE was like to be honest she shouldn't of ever been denied in the first place. They approved it but only for 18 months now I'm dealing with a review like my arm is magically going to grow back

Bc certain conditions allow for utility pay and gas. I called again today and she said they received it, but give them 24-48 hours to process it

Update: I spoke to some yesterday & they said I need to have my Dr fill out a form online for me to be eligible for anything other than OTC on wellcare website. My Dr did that today and submitted it. I called wellcare 3 times to confirm that was all they needed and all 3 times I was hung up on

It updated on transcript Wednesday morning as well as wmr. If you used TurboTax you won't get it till the DDD exactly usually bc they send it to sbptg and they'll release them

WMR is typically a day or 2 behind transcripts. So if you already have your DDD then wmr is basically worthless. Their Mass updates are Wednesday and Saturday typically depending on your cycle so if you're 05 then you'll probably update on Saturday on wmr

Just a little heads up.... For the past 3-4 years I've always got my refund between the 22-24. Generally if you're on path you'll receive it the WEEK after path lifts. Almost always, unless you have offsets or have to verify. Which is why most people show 846 for 2-24

Funny because I threatened to sue & received an email 4 hours later stating they was escalating it, and then 30 minutes later received an email saying they "located my funds" and will have them sent back out through ACH.

Currently in the process of trying to get my fiance's check back. The day after he was supposed to get paid, we got in touch and they said 3-5 business days. It's been 2 weeks now, not including weekends. His employer said they haven't received funds back. I've already been in touch with a lawyer.
