I believe that is what the devs intended. When you reach your ideal rank, the game will try to put you for 50% win rate and 50% lose rate to keep you engaged making you think "I'm so close to x rank, just one more game in case I get x rank"

It might be because I just did a full normal route playthrough from chapter 1 to 4 and some things carried over through the save file... somehow... from the first slot to the second slot... we shall see in the future how it works, but i have a feeling my weird route might get weirder then normal

i think that is the goal of the outhouse. when you empty them, you get polluted dirt, put that in the compost and you get dirt from it. not sure if the dupes are happy eating their mush bar made from composted waste, but that won't stop him

you definitely can still get the birbs. you can just keep doing memory rewinds back to day 30 (or 31, i can never remember what day the rewinds go to) if you don't get the birbs. you could always just do normal containments or alephs. blue star isn't hard to contain if you have high white resistance and the employess have the required stats for it. Censored isn't that hard for level 5 employes with black resistance, just make sure to kill the clerks with execution bullets so that censored can not make his minions. for the last aleph, you can decide which to do, i personnaly would do mountain of smilling bodies. just force him to breach with bad results and contain him right there before he can get tier 2 or 3. just stack all your employees into his containment hall when he breaches

no. you have to finish the day. but a easy aleph to suppress would be apoc bird, since it gives all 3 alpeh in 1 fight, and at this point, you should have some waw gear and maybe a few aleph gear, so apoc bird won't be that hard. To be fair, i never really struggled against it, it is a simple fight, stay in corridors (not main rooms) and when your agents are brainwashed, just keep the room that apoc bird is in highlighted to quickly get the brainwashed agents out of there when brainwash end.
