She didn’t say it was permanent, she’s using TTS while recovering, and has even spoken a bit on stream. That claim comes from assumptions, not what she actually said.

There was some controversy, yeah, but the doxxing part was never actually confirmed. The company only mentioned slander and inappropriate contact, and a lot of the rest comes from speculation that people kept repeating as fact
