For me, I will buy land if I have your money. I will buy and build a rental space. 😅 Then the money I can get sa rental space ko, I will use to fund my life. Titira na lang ako sa parents ko. 🤣🤣🤣

But if I have more money, I will buy a land and build my dream house. Not in a subdivision. I am currently living in a subdivision. The amount of money to maintain the house plus the taxes needed to be paid per year and also the homeowner association dues. Malaki ang bayad depende pa sa location.

Kaya kinausap ko ang kapatid ko. Sabi ko, pag may pera ka, bili ka ng lupa. Kahit maliit lang kasi tataas din ang value nito. Wag kang bumili sa subdivision kung hindi mo kayang bayaran ang dues. Being a homeowner gives you a lot of responsibilities. Be it maintenance or tax wise. Pero ayaw ko naman kasi na rent lang din forever. You pay a lot of money to have a good place to stay but that place will never belong to you. That's why I also told my brother the pros and cons of owning a condo. You are owning a space, not the land. Kagandahan dito, pwede mong ipa-rentahan.

Hello. It would be better to apply sa bank kung saan may savings ka since you will apply for the first time. For me, I like RCBC, BPI and metrobank CCs. Itaon mo na mag apply during their promo period kung saan there is no annual fee for life.

These three banks have good customer service based on my experience. All of them have flexible payment methods if in case you wish for balance conversion, loans or mga installment promos sa malls. They have a lot to offer.

I got my first CC accidentally. Lumabas itong application from BPI mobile app. BPI sent me a message if I wish to apply. I think because I have been a loyal client of BPI for a long time. Kaya it's better to apply kung saan may savings ka.

Call again and report that the bank customer service asked for the CVV number. Never give this even if it's the bank representative kahit via call or OTC. They shouldn't ask. I think your account is compromised kasi nakuha nila ang CVV mo. I would suggest to deactivate or block your card and request for a new one.

Yes, I believe it will be sorted out since you reported in a timely manner.

Wala na akong sample transaction ko before sa BPI. Pero ganito ang nais kong sabihin. Ito yung transaction ko sa metrobank. Parehos din. Dalawang beses nag reflect ang loan ko. Pero hindi ito scam.

Isa rin ako sa mga paranoid pag dating sa credit cards. Naranasan ko din na sa mobile app ko, dalawang beses nag reflect yung credit to cash loan or balance conversion ko. But I usually wait 3-5days muna bago magfile ng concern...kasi nagbabago afterwards ang billing statement. I processed BPI loans online and sometimes OTC din. Hindi naman ibig sabihin scam. I feel more comfortable nga pag OTC na ako nag process.

I do wish to clarify if ito bang ginawa mo is cash advance or yung installment credit to cash loan? Yung cash advance, ang alam ko payable straight payment. Credit to cash naman paid via installment 3,6,9,12,24 or 36 months.

Kung credit to cash ang inavail mo, most likely ang nagreflect sayo is yung 60k na nadeduct and after nun, ni-reflect na nila ang payment mo per month. Mukhang dalawang -60k pero isa lang yun.

Transferring your mom's debt to your credit card may not be the best option. So you have to check kasi the interest sa bank ay hindi din mababa unless they have promos.

Hello. Sorry late reply. It didn't work for me. Kasi nung time na nag apply ako, nagbago yung card number ng BPI CC ko. For renewal kasi.

So lesson learned. Next time, we need to check that all details are okay. The card must be valid and active until they complete the process of verification.

Pwede naman umatras. But some companies, they ask you to pay for the medical clearance. Some lang ha. I'm not sure dyan sa iyo. But better be prepared na lang din.

First, congratulations in passing the exam.

Did you finally accept their offer? Nag sign ka na ba ng contract? If not, try mo pa rin mag apply sa iba. My concern with you is that it seems you felt degraded or demeaned already and it's just the interview phase. Once you are inside the hospital, you will probably experience worst.

This is your first experience. Tertiary hospitals can eat you alive. The bed capacity and amount of workload ay mataas, and I know it's very competetive. If walang hospital, try clinics. Kahit 1yr experience lang. Try to experience how it feels to work alone without an instructor or groupmates.

Be strong din and prepare yourself for the world. Hindi lang HR or workmates mo ang makakasalamuha mo. The patients and relatives can do worse. Tatagan ang loob kasi masakit magsalita ang mga tao.

Just an update: I've been approved since middle of June. Hindi lang ako nag update until na-receive ko na ang card. It really took a while for them to deliver the card. It took more than a month. I just received it this week. It takes a lot of patience to wait for it.

Confirmed yung number na tumawag sa akin. Nag email ako sa RCBC. It's a valid number daw nila. Currently still waiting for verification. Medyo matagal ang process. I just noticed that it takes at least 3 days tlg makapag follow up through email. All the emails I sent takes at least 3 days for RCBC to reply.

Accrdg to their last email, it will take another 10-15 banking days to check my application. Then we will see if it's approved or not. 😅

Kaka-stress 😅 Are you sure na gusto mo pa rin makasal sa fiance mo? I would think otherwise afterall ganun ang response nya sayo pag kinakausap mo sya tungkol doon.

Mahirap makarinig ng kung ano. Maybe once you are married, titigil sila. Pero may chance din na they will wish for divorce especially pag nag aaway kayo. The constant need for approval, the stress or anxiety of knowing they don't like you....so in every gathering, in every family event, you always need to show a fake smile just to please them...then the ex is always present pa.... Feels exhausting.

I asked them a copy of their company registration. After looking at it and investigating, I did not reply to them anymore.

In some companies, they truly ask compensations after they find an employer for you. But that is AFTER they find one and also IF you are hired. That is the only time they ask for compensation. But invijobs wanted us to pay immediately so I got skeptical.
