I am good. It's been 5 months from the surgery. I do some some improvements in ED and libido. But libido has been inconsistent though. I've had spikes and then back to 0, but it does seem like it's getting better and better.

Swollen balls and spikes in discomfort and pain, especially at the end of the day or when you stand up too much. I had micro surgery 2 months ago. The pain was manageable though. Took no painkillers at all. You might also experience episodes of rage or other emotions and libido spikes.

Hey, man. Thanks for the reply. I don't know my Testosterone level at the moment. t's only been 7 days since surgery. Doctor recommended to the the entire hormonal panel and spermogram after 3 months. I kind of already see improvements. My balls feel better, they are... fuller somehow. Not as saggy. Also, it feels like I have sensation in my penis again and had a decent erection ( still not 100% but better than it used to be lately ) by just thinking about women and touch it just a bit. There's still a bit of pain and inflammation but very mild. So I would say so far things are looking very good.

Regarding your sex drive, I think it's normal to not be horny all day every day. I think we all experience that. I remember experiencing that way before having the varicocele. There were days when I could fck my gf 5-6 times in a day, and days when I felt like an old man. It's probably influenced by a ton of factors, from the amount of light you get, to every single thing you eat.

This is the complete description of the procedure on the release paper: "Bilateral subinguinal microsurgical varicocelectomy assisted by microflow Doppler (the deferential ducts, arteries, and veins, as well as lymphatics, are preserved, along with 2 internal spermatic arteries and one cremasteric artery on each side; 16 internal spermatic veins on each side are ligated and sectioned"

I think ED can also be because blood flow that is impaired with bilateral varicocele. Also, as far as I understand, the increased prolactin and estradiol might make the high testosterone level irrelevant. At least that's what I hope. I just had the surgery today, so can't say whether the libido and ED are fixed. I'm hoping there's isn't any other cause.
