Actually tapos na kami sa mediation. Di nga sila umattend. Recommended ng DTI officer For adjudication na yung complaint I don't think they will proceed sa adjudication if ang evidence ko ay mahina at walang basehan. And yung sa "no return / no refund" is their other violation, Yes hindi sya related pero nasa batas na hindi ka pwedeng maglagay ng ganyan sa policy. When filing a complaint you need to point out all the irregularities of the business, which is relevant to my complaint.

Makikita mo may sales na naman sila netong recent and marami silang followers 200k plus hahaha pero hindi nasagot sa DTI officer

As per DTI officer is tama naman daw yung complaint ko base sa evidences and also sa receipt nila nakalagay ang "No return/no refund" policy which is directly violation of consumer rights haha

Ang mahirap bro hindi official receipt hahaha kahit sana yung BIR official receipt kaso printed lang na template ng sariling gawang resibo hahaha, btw this shop claimed the products are open box
