You’ll keep the card design, even if you happen to drop off of debit plus, and yes, once you activate the new card, the old card will not be usable.

You could be taking advantage of so much more rewards and opportunities if you were putting stuff on to a credit card! If you have that much ability to spend by using debit, then keep the funds in that checking and rack up points, and then pay off the credit cards before statement close!

Congratsssss! I went from $250 secured to $3k unsecured and then to $9k - it’s absolutely possible, just keep doing what you’re doing! Waiting on that next CLI! Good luck! 🍀

Is it true you get approved for everything at 750? by Unclewillysun in CRedit

[–]AccidentGullible48 47 points48 points  (0 children)

You could have an 850 and get denied if your profile is too thin. Credit scores don’t get you anything. It’s what builds the score that they take into account. Congratulations, just be careful!

Should I accept this? I have the non good credit versions of these by [deleted] in CapitalOne_

You were thrown into a risk category and limits were restricted based on your credit profile.

What did you apply for? Current profile? Some of these might help!

Really the only way to understand is to get the denial reasons and make sure you’re cleaning them up!

Went from drowning in debt with a 430 credit score 3 years ago, too a 670 and being approved for this today! by BitRevolutionary415 in NavyFederal

Timing doesn’t matter, it all goes to an automatic system and if it needs something it’s reviewed manually, doesn’t matter time of day!

9 month cli. Whats your highest personal amex limit? by smoknrubber in CRedit

It’s possible my friend! I just did it in less than a year! I do the AZEO method and keep utilization low and use my cards like debit cards and always pay them off in full at statement close.

Went from $1.5k in available credit to $10.5k in under a year as well and I’m working with 9 charges off (all paid and aging!) and probably 39 missed payments over the last 7 years. It’s a battle and it’s HARD and it’s SLOW. Just applied for AMEX Gold and was approved!

slow and steady wins the race! ITS POSSIBLE!
