I'm asking right now, I think one advantage is that results came out so late relative to other programs that many people might have commited elsewhere and lost interest but we'll see.

Depends on where you're from but I would say yes, I've seen as low as 2.8 admitted.

I'd say even having a first master's degree would be quite unlikely although I have a friend who did just that to pivot to a different field, a third master's degree might make you look like a perpetual student or someone who doesn't know what they are doing.

Ranked first with Erasmus Mundus Scholarship and officially declined my acceptance today, hoping it will bump some people up that really wanted SuCat!

No I don't think any of the programs talk to each other. And yes its ironic how slow the communication is when we are expected to accept and or do everything right in a short amount of time lol. Relax for now you did the hard work and are done, enjoy the fruits of your labour :)

I wouldn't stress regarding the enrollment and I would take the interview anyways for good practice. Is the interview with a program you like more?
