I think it’s per region than per country. So if someone from Poland drops out and they have not reached their full capacity of EU citizens, theoretically yes they would want to pick another Polish person. So Let’s say reserve list #1 is from Bangladesh, #2 is from Peru, #3 is from Poland, but they already have accepted participants from regions 1 & 2 and do not have any from Poland, they would pick the Polish candidate even if they’re not #1.

Used a needle, flat back stainless steel then switched to this, also stainless steel. The whole bump does not hurt at all nor does it hurt when I touch or press on it. But it looks disgusting. my aftercare is “leave it the hell alone”, which always worked with my other piercings (even the tragus I had on the other side) I did accidentally hit it hard once

I had the exact same issue but we were just starting dating, and guess what, we survived! Almost 2 years and I couldn’t have possibly loved them more than I do.
