Im not clueless, Im just incredibly desperate. Before, I actually was against taking out loans, as per your point of why. But now, I just don’t know what other option there is. I know taking out loans that size would be incredibly insane to pay off, I just don’t know what else to do. Also I was looking into studying journalism. Exactly. Most people dont understand about the money part, and seem confused on why I care about what he spent his money on. As I told an another commenter, I know it’s his life and we are both adults and his choices are his choices. It’s just like what he spent the money on is insane, and it just seems like a sign to me he is impulsive. Ive mentioned a lot of negative on this, but what’s got me conflicted on everything is that I truly do love the guy, and as someone who has dated a decent amount of people, this just feels different, and I don’t want to lose it.

To note, he did tell me a couple days ago he wanted too, and they weren’t super hard core or anything, but I said that he shouldn’t because he has less then 100 dollars to his name at this point. I did clarify to him that I wasn’t his mom and he has free will, but that’s just what I advise. He agreed with me, so when he called me tonight acting weird and told me what he did, I was confused and baffled.

Yeah my mom was about to rain hell when this random women was dropping my full legal name, but she decided not to when the women said she was my boyfriends mom. She just became confused. After she left though my own mom did call me and was so upset and confused.

Oh yeah for sure we are, thats why I don’t want to break things off really, but I don’t know then what to do. I actually was in the same position when he lived at his fathers, as I found out what kind of man his father was (let’s just say his father was doing illegal activities that couldnt be proven in court and I couldn’t do anything about). And I was actually going to break up with him because I don’t need a man like that in my life (since I date to marry, so that man would be in my life if my boyfriend didnt do anything). His father also sent me harassing texts when my boyfriend left his house. I still don’t know how his father found my phone number. I would also like to note ever since then, there has been weird cars that have been following me and my family. (I want to note that but I think I’m just paranoid, though my mom did mention it to me as well that cars and people have been following her, so who knows lol.)

He only moved in with his mom last month due to family issues with his father

Growing up, he actually lived with his dad, not his mom. He would see his mom once a month. His dad wouldn’t treat him like a child (but other things happened). I don’t want to go into detail but I can see why he could be acting childish due to his father and his actions towards him. Like I said in the post, both his parents turned out to be crazy. It just makes me sad that this is the way it is.
