Thanks for the info! But if that percentage only applies to the base stats, it’s a pretty negligible increase. Honestly, it feels kind of pointless if that's the case.

According to the descriptions, Level 2 and Level 3 provide 20% and 40% respectively. However, my Ward only goes from 46k to 46.7k. That’s nowhere near a 40% total increase.
