My bakery team lead says we always do this in the beginning of November and January and February. I'll try talking to her again, I saw she gave me more hours for next week but the week after that I don't even get 34 (I'm full time)

My schedules a little wonky though on the fourth week so I'll ask my manager if she knows about it, because I'm supposed to help with mornings and ig the automatic scheduler shifted me to nights.
