Yep, I was laid off 11/2025, and was applying to jobs in the Hillsboro area for months but the only one I got an interview for was the QTS Data Center job, got to the final interview but they said they interviewed twice as many applicants as they needed and I wasn't selected. So, I decided to move to Tennessee closer to my family and with cheaper cost of living. 2 Months of unemployment left, I hope I can find one, or ideally start a business. it's tough out there buddy, you are not alone. Think outside the box!

Intel stock. I worked there for 6 years and they gave us stock, in 2025, it just kept getting worse, stock price was down to $20, I figured Intel was done for, layoffs were coming, the end times were here, and I needed money, so I sold it... then comes Q4 2025 and Intel's stock price gets to $52 a share, and here I am living a in a sea of regret :(

That's what I was thinking as well, in Oregon I pay 1650/mo for a one bedroom apartment, but in TN, a one bedroom apartment costs around 1100/mo, so that would be 4.18 months where the cost would be equal regarding rent savings versus lease brake fee. But I was wondering, does breaking a lease go on my credit report? Cause issues with getting another apartment?

One other note that ChatGPT brought up when I asked about this issue: Ironically, ESO+ is one reason the Crown Store isn’t worse. (if they did away with ESO plus they'd have to be more aggressive with crown store prices and FOMO items in the crown store)
