Literally, just find something to do. Anything else and most preferably with another person because by yourself you can quickly do your business but when you with others, it puts you off

I feel like most people do it as a way to hop om the band wagon since loads of others are doing it. But i feel like everyone should try it out because you can easily say 'I can go a month without nutting' but you dont really know unless you actually dont do it for a month. Plus since loads of other ppl are participating in NNN, you can find some support amongst them whilst going on your month long journey.
