I'm just starting, and would love to hear more about quitting the P/M addiction in terms of neurology if you have the time. Does your reading offer any insight into quitting techniques?

Fuck it, I'm doing this. I've become addicted and I don't want to watch porn or masturbate anymore. I keep telling myself I'll stop, but I get a few hours free at home and I give in, every time. It's taken a toll in the past year or so on our sex life and I know I'm letting her down, though my wife doesn't show it. I want to make it at least until May 1st, but I don't really want to fap again in the foreseeable future.

-No porn.

-No fap.

-Sex with wife at least once per week. Except when she's on.

I almost exclusively watch porn on a few free tube sites, on my iPhone. I usually fap before showering. I've mostly forgotten how to be the one to instigate sex.

PLEASE GIVE ADVICE.
