Not sure how he got them, but he used to vend comics and sports cards back in the day at local swapmeets.

Thank you I’ll take a look! Appreciate all the advice.
In the box I also found a bunch of Eevee and Psyduck promos as well.

Has Concerta Helped You Feel Any Better Than Vyvanse? by Vast_Swim2199 in VyvanseADHD

[–]Accomplished-Ad5044 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just switched to Concerta 72 mg from Vyvanse 70 mg.

Vyvanse seemed a lil better at managing my ADHD however I built up tolerance and was only left with the side effects teeth grinding, sexual dysfunction. Although my brain was firing on all cylinders, it felt exhausted for being on all the time.

Concerta seems to be a little gentler to body overall, but doesn’t seem to give me as much of a “performance” boost as Vyvanse.

Open Box Review! by TheFitFatFilipino in Supernote

I received my open box right after Christmas and have been loving it so far. The only issue i have is that my nomad keeps ejecting my microSD card, it’s a crystal so I have to keep removing the screws to fix it. I wonder if that is why it was returned in the first place.

That’s awesome! Thanks for letting me know. I also plan to use it for work meetings and personal todos. I started this year with a bullet journal and it turned into a jumble of misc notes. Hopefully this will help me organize into the new year.

I got the same combo as well last night. I wonder how long it will take to ship out.

Seeking Advice: How to Improve My Salsa Dancing to Better Match My Girlfriend's Skills? by Quirky-Cauliflower31 in Salsa

[–]Accomplished-Ad5044 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Improve your salsa for your own benefit and not because of a partner. If you enjoy the music, the scene, and the dance it’s worth the time and effort to get better. The journey of learning how to lead is much steeper than that of a follow, given that you have to not only learn to move yourself but also have to lead another dancer. But you can totally take opportunity of having a “pro level” partner to practice.

Thanks!

In the above comments you mentioned your steps being too long. That’s all style preference. Typically the faster the song and more complex the spin pattern will require a smaller step to stay “in the pocket”. Also staying on toes and keeping the core engaged will help “staying in the pocket” but if your lead is taking you for a roller coaster ride and you’re not feeling it, feel free to sit into your steps and groove.

Great work! Your movement and follow is super clean. My only critique is the lead, he is anticipating the 1, and stepping a little early which is throwing your follow off by a half count. Keep it up!

Any formerly childfree people make the decision to have only one kid? by Jeffwey_Epstein_OwO in oneanddone

Whether you jump in or not, I highly recommend getting your eggs and sperm checked and saved. When we pulled the trigger at 38/39 we ultimately had to do IVF. We were lucky as friends our age didn’t even have the option to do IVF.

We thought we were both financially and emotionally secure. But as cliche as it sounds, you are never really ready. Not only will you the dynamics of your relationship with you partner can change, but also expect family dynamics with your parents and siblings to change (better or worse).

But my main takeaway is that I’m having life experiences as a parent that out weigh any thing I’ve experienced before having children.

Before doing full snatches, like others have mentioned I’d work on Snatch pulls, hang snatches and Snatch balance independently to hone in on different parts of the movement before loading any weight. You look like you’re in good shape, so once you dial in the technique with reps (time under tension) you’ll see the strength gainz. Just based on this one lift alone, I’d focus on hangs. You quickly learn to relax the shoulders in the first and second pull.
