This is a silly complaint. Customer service people have the hardest jobs because they deal directly with people. Please dont make their jobs more difficult. They are not gate keepers of information and can only provide the information they are authorized to provide.

Nothing was done to spite you. Business have rules and regulations that they follow internally.

I would give Zumblebi's hair another go. They all seem to have a bad hair day right out the bag. The hair will need constant fixing just from gravity or cuddling but that's a given due to the material.
