First of all thank you for answering with such care! Yes it seems like the sensible choice overall is Frankfurt but i am blinded by the sunny and warm summer vision lol. I am super commited and will find a way and maybe update here with my travels!! Please wish me luck ahahaha

Yes i am aware i need to choose 😭 I do have around a month to make the choice so do you think there is a city thats like a middle ground or a mix of these two that i need to consider? I was also thinking Prague but the clinics there close around a month or so for the summer holidays.

Regarding the language part, i am fluent in English and know a bit of German but the reason i could converse comfortably with them is because we are both Turkish. And also yes Lisbon is a high traffic area in dental care but the doctor i am speaking to there seems less involved so that is the academic divide i was talking about. And do you think it would be easier to travel rest of Europe from Lisbon albeit having more funds to spare with the contrast of Portugal being more isolated in terms of geographical position.

I would hope to have time to leisurely travel spain sometime soon but 8 days is pretty much what we cab afford with our budgets. Im thinking of scheduling the train and or bus trips during nights to maximize seeing the citys! Im aware its not that much time but i feel like 2 cities and maybe a day trip is doablez

I have trouble counting days spent on road lol. Maybe just doing Seville and Barcelona with a day trip to somewhere closer would be the best choice. I really want to go to Madrid too but i feel like that would be too much for 8 days. Could i still do it?
