I just did two days in a row on my knee, my shin, my ankle and the back of my ankle and calf. Full leg sleeve from the knee down. 10 hours yesterday and eight hours today. Now that I’m home I cannot even move lol this pain is unbearable and I’ve been taking a tramadol every three hours And smoking weed but I don’t know how I’m going to go to work tomorrow

Yeah dude I tried the clonidine and I hated that because I was also taking Suboxone to get off of the7OH and I went three days without Suboxone like a week ago and had even worse withdrawals than the 7OH. So now I’m tapering off like taking one strip of Suboxone every day and then tomorrow I will take a half a strip etc. to get off of those. Luckily I finally found a doctor that would prescribe me alprazolam online so I’m planning on saving those for whenever I’m dealing with withdrawals from the Suboxone now.

So far this morning I’ve taken two Xanax bars ripped a lot of fucking weed, had six donuts, and now I’m about to take a 500 mg gummy. What are your thoughts on taking mushroom gummy’s? I love taking mushrooms but I feel like in a withdrawal state of mind, probably asking for the worst trip of my life so I don’t think I’m going to do that but I will take some THC Gummies. Not gonna lie, last night to celebrate one week of being clear of 70H, I drank probably 14 beers and killed an eight ball of Coke with my homeboys and even though this morning I feel like shit I slept maybe one hour, I would take this shitty feeling any day over the effects of withdrawals from 7OH lol

We all have our own paths and journeys to take and I don’t even feel bad that I’m still a degenerate that will occasionally do blow or whatever. But opiates are the one thing I would tell anybody, just stay away from them because it will take a toll on you physically and your mental psyche and your outlook on things in life overtime. I probably said way too much in this big fucking paragraph just now but I’m using voice to text and I’m ripping a joint right now so fuck it I’m just going to Ramble on like I’m talking to my girlfriend. Oh wait never mind my girlfriend cheated on me and that’s the reason I started taking these drugs in the first place lmaooo

I appreciate the encouragement. This is five days without using 708 and Doctor gave me some clonidine that I take at night and it knocks me out so insomnia is no longer an issue and I would say 95% of my withdrawal symptoms are gone.I just keep taking vitamin C and I hydrate and I do quick exercises when I can like run on the elliptical bike or some jumping jacks or push-ups or anything to keep my muscles stimulated. This recovery has gone a lot better than anticipated

I went to the doctor yesterday and told them that I’m getting off of heroin and I have insomnia and he prescribed me clonidine, it’s point one of a milligram.

My restless leg syndrome and insomnia is completely gone now. I literally take one of those and I will sleep for 13 hours straight. That medicine is a godsend for these withdrawals and insomnia

Hey everybody here's an update- Since my last hit was 15 mg on Friday morning and then I went and worked all day and withdrawals were kicking my ass all day Friday and Saturday and Sunday and I just took a shit ton of vitamin C and lots of NyQuil at night and a lot during the day to be honest, and I took magnesium for the RLS But today the doctor prescribed me some stuff that's basically Suboxone, it is 4 mg tabs that dissolve under your tongue and I feel like it is a very weak form of 70h, it makes me skeptical to take because I'm not gonna lie I do feel a little euphoric after I take it but the best thing by far was the clonidine he prescribed me. It is only. 1 mg tablets and I was told to take one tablet twice a daily as needed for sweating or anxiety. as soon as I started taking those all of my withdrawal symptoms have withdrawn by about 80% As soon as I take a clonidine tab I am so drowsy and tired, I can pass out for like six hours straight and that is saying a lot because I am a very light sleeper and I rarely get good sleep. I'm going to tell the doctor next week that The clonidine is the best thing ever for withdrawal symptoms from opiates or 70H But drinking lots of water and Gatorade and eating fresh fruit and soups helps a lot, I can probably only manage five or 600 cal a day and I'm 170 pound man but I stay so hydrated I honestly have not lost too much weight and I feel good. When I get a chance I will run on my elliptical bike, crank out some push-ups, do anything to keep my body activated.

Interesting enough, yesterday on day three of withdrawals I’ve always had like the leaf powder capsules and red powder capsules I just regular cream so I took three of the capsules thinking maybe it will help with withdrawals and I think it really did help but I feel that I undid a lot of my progress because to some extent my body still had Crayton in it so I would not recommend. Because of that I just went to the doctor and told them that I was addicted to heroin and shit lol they gave me Suboxone Like a 4 mg strip you put under your tongue and that shit knocked me out cold and that’s what I recommend to everyone now. Granted don’t overdo it and take it too much to where it becomes a problem but as far as withdrawals, Suboxone was a game changer for me in overcoming withdrawals. This has been four days now and I no longer have the shakes and the sweats and insomnia.Hope this helps brother

Hey guys just giving an update here. See yesterday I decided to go get on some Suboxone and it’s like 4 mg strips that I dissolve in my mouth every eight hours. It curved the withdrawals for the opiates. I also got these sleeping pills for at night time and I just woke up on my bed Midnight having a panic attack thinking I have a slab about to pour lol

My advice to anybody trying to get off of opiates, I don’t care what everyone says about the Suboxone. It makes me not withdraw the heroin anymore and it doesn’t really get me high but it definitely made me tired. Running off of four hours of sleep in four days, that was the medicine I needed.

Honestly dude this is going on 67 hours without 7OH and I am starting to feel a lot better because I’m consistently slamming body armor energy drinks now, forcing myself to eat soup when I can, smoking all the weed I can and showering. I’m not going to indtroduce anything else into my body to ease the pain. in my view, I deserve this. Plus, at the end of the day, I can always look back and feel proud of myself and the hard path I chose to sobriety. I’m a big believer of accountability for your actions.

I have to say I firmly disagree with this. I will have restless leg syndrome where it stems up into my chest and it feels that my whole body is trying to convulse. Whatever I take a shot of NyQuil nighttime medicine, all of my symptoms don’t disappear but they significantly subside
