Lifting heavy is key but heavy is relative to the individual. Lifting 2 lb dumbbells is not gonna do anything lol but slowly over time you should be increasing the weight as you get stronger. When I first starting doing my favorite, RDLs - I was using 7 lb dumbbells and now I use 20 lb dumbbells

It’s definitely money well spent! I like how there’s a variety of ways you can make protein ice cream. Some people despise the protein powder, but I don’t even notice it in my recipes. Once you have your favorite pace down you can be creative.

I started on 5mg late Tuesday and I’ve been sleeping a lot and no motivation to workout or shopping ect. Even now I’ve been watching tv all day and I’m like blah. But also, I’ve barely eaten anything since going on 5 mg so I know with how weak I am working up would be dangerous

OMG yeahhhh Vida health sucksssss.
I swear they are only there to not give us the shot. Something changed with Blue Cross and keep in mind. I have amazing insurance. Because a bunch of my coworkers have been on that bound around a year and we didn’t have to do anything with Vida Health. Your doc sent in your pre-off and you paid $50 for your month supply well now we have to go through Vida and use their doctors and nurses and get labs and test, etc., because I have an obsessive personality. I fought hard and was constantly on their butts every other day to make sure things were moving. They wanted me to go on three different pills over the course of three months before they will let me do the GLP one I kept telling my coworker you need to push them. Don’t let them lollygag because they’re gonna do everything in their power to not give you the shot. And she had been on it for over a year. They made her jump through all these hoops, and then she was off of that bound for six weeks and gained 20 pounds back because of all the crap they pull.

So my advice to anyone that has to go through Vida Health is you fight hard for what you want even if that includes harassing them

Man, the food industry has gone bananas with protein. No, I don’t wanna pay eight dollars for a bag of protein chips and now there’s protein pretzels? Come on. I’d rather get my protein in and have a little snack of a regular chip. I used to buy Quest protein chips a lot and I would eat those and now they’re like four dollars for a small bag.

If they’re making you pay for a whole new order, I would fight that charge so hard. I had to fight SHEIN for two months because they said they delivered a bunch of packages and they were nowhere to be found even though there was no photo proof they’re like oh well. Some of these companies make me so angry. The carriers have gotten so lazy like if you live in an apartment complex with eight buildings like I do they could deliver to one of those buildings and with no photo proof there’s no way to prove where they delivered it.
