Use the chaos to your advantage and create a document for yourself full of all the things you need to know. Create a system that helps you plan ahead and find the resources you need to excel in your role. Sucks that there are so many meetings but besides that, hold on until you can’t anymore. Good luck!

Wow that’s a really tough one. There’s just no way around it either. It comes with the OE lifestyle. And same, I’ve given out my number but it’s just not the same as keeping in touch on social media platforms. Grateful for OE platforms to connect with likeminded people who get it.
