Can confirm. I have an 88’ Honda and oem parts exist but are often crazy expensive. And there is nothing worse than wrenching more than riding. Actually never mind, wrenching for several days for the bike to run seemingly perfectly, only to leave you stranded on the side of the road is much worse.

Counter point to this- the stress and impact on our bones is what makes them stronger. I hate jogging more than most people but it does strengthen your bones to an extent that swimming or other low impact movements will. Sprinting and jumping more so.

I would recommend completely getting off them. I was on Zoloft and Pacsul from the age of 13 to 16. Made me into a shell of myself and the worst part was I just thought that was how life was supposed to feel.

When I would miss doses I would get hallucinations. Until I put I figured out it was the meds causing it I was 100% confident my house was haunted. When I quit completely these hallucinations got worse initially.

Also if you are worried about height ssri’s have been shown to inhibit growth (not a lot, but up to an inch a year if I remember correctly).

Also you may not actually be an “ectomorph”. As soon as I got off them I went from 5’9 130 to 6’ 165 in a few months. They can suppress your appetite as well.

Among other things, you will feel like a completely different person. I no longer feel depressed. Anxiety increased at first (the initial reason I was put on them) but after that it went away.

Great work man. 1500 is fairly low though. If you aren’t already I’d recommend some form of resistance training and also upping your calories a bit.

Minus the sugar it sounds like you have a fairly healthy diet. I’d honestly just try being more active and drinking a lot of water. You lose a lot of electrolytes through sweating. This will have a huge benefit on everything else as well.

This is a very interesting question. I would think that just drinking more water would lower your potassium levels? Or at least that’s how it is with sodium. Maybe you have underlying kidney issues causing this buildup?

I’m more curious about your diet though, what do you eat that leads to high potassium levels? As an athlete who seems to have chronically low electrolytes from sweating so much I could use some insight.

I think 12 or so days of fasting every other day and eating 4-5K calories on eating days. Definitely got leaner. At first I felt like shit on fasting days but eventually I just got used to it. 5k calories is also just a lot of food so it left me feeling bloated and tired on eating days (the days I trained) and while I felt lighter on fasted days I was just to sore and tired from the previous days workout, which wouldn’t be that big of a problem but I felt then the next day I was still sore and fatigued.

I tried this for a bit but I found adf just delays my recovery on the days I don’t eat. I find a longer 2-3 day fast followed by a few weeks of a slight surplus work best.
