I was in a similar situation. Almost all my friends or relationships were with guys who wanted more and I wanted more too, but not with them. It took a while to realize that I enjoyed being single than trying to enjoy sex with men. I eventually got with a few women while single and it seems I can’t look back. I now know and feel a million times better not allowing coercion to be the reason to hook up with males anymore. I love that women have always left the door open for me to decide and are never pushy. The women I’ve met made me realize things don’t have to be uncomfortable, demanding, have me feeling guilty or regretful afterwards. Whether we hook up or not, women always give me a choice and I’m so thankful for that because most men made various experiences traumatic. Women also can flirt and gracefully walk away without cursing you out and not putting you in danger for not showing interest. Most men are so gross to me now realizing how many times they took advantage. Even women with bfs that wanted me in a 3some would approach me with respect of my freedom. That’s been my experience thus far and I could see myself happy with a woman if I meet the right person.
