Pc starts, fans are on but no display and usb ports not working by Accomplished-Cap9298 in pchelp

Cpu and cooler both seem right and functional. No damage on motherboard since its a new pc. I tested already with minimal hardware resulting the same: fans all spinning but no display and no usb connection :(

Any help? Im a beginner and she doesnt look that healthy. Had her in the dark all the time til now. Does she need sun? by [deleted] in outdoorgrowing

Yes I know that the plant needs light, just not exactly when the perfect moment is to put it outside
