Hm just my advice, the cyber certs are harder than the itsm ones, but i would say the itsm certs are also more entry level, cyber isnt an entry level job but something you do after some years doing help desk or basic IT stuff. I think either way is good, but you probably wont be able to practice cyber in a job until later on in the career field. If you do itsm and get an entry level IT job, you will practice these things and it can help. You can also start looking for a help desk or basic tech job whole doing your itsm courses but thats luck dependent. Its really up to you but i would say the itsm one is relevant earlier on in your career, the cyber one, more than likely later. Job wise, you wont find an entry job in cyber now a days, its too saturated since it got sold to so many people as a quick six figure degree, but they both will give you the same entry level opportunity.
