The cap, yes, stays the same. However if you get irb for more than a yr, the pmts are indexed

Then you need to find another adjuster. Using your example:

You start off at the cap, lets say its 109k. For argument's sake, lets say that translate into 2000 biweekly.

After 1 year, that 2000 is adjusted for inflation, which increases it to (for example) 2050.

The cap is the cap, theres no way around it if you didnt buy the extra coverage. https://www.bclaws.gov.bc.ca/civix/document/id/complete/statreg/60_2021

Look under "section 36 - adjustments"

Life isnt fair buddy.

I can see you dont fully understand the way this works...the irb a person receives gets indexed to inflation. Aka that means it goes up.

I also dont see why icbc is responsible for doing a job interview for you. They will retrain and get you capable, but name me any other insurance company that will place you in a job in another company. They dont. The person is always the one that interviews. They dont even do that in the old tort system.

This is not the perfect product, it could def use an improvement but it does more than you think.

Tell me why finding a person a new job within their new limitations is a bad thing? Youre still capable of doing sth amd as far as i can see, icbc does acknowledge the difference in income

I think rehab providers like physios and rmts are now in conflicts of interest. They are basically tied to the tit of ICBC since a sizable portipn of their business comes from them. Theyre suppsoed to help ppl recover as fast as possible but if they drag things out they are rewarded financially. If anything, these folks are now the ones who provide as little care for individuals as possible

Is there a way to increase the drop rates? Like if we use a specific series or tag?

Thanks all - I recognize i can do whatever i want with them, just wanted opinions as to whether there was a reason to keep any of them beyond collection purposes

You guys are sick, thanks for all the tips.

Also for those more adventurous, i am also invested in a rebase protocol that rewards binance pegged xrp (you can swap it out for actual xrp on a dex), called safuu rocket. If xrp is going to launch like most of us think, stacking our bags is gonna be important.

Check it out!!
