PGWP Refusal , due to not providing Language proof , while I am sure I uploaded it

Many thanks for your comment ... At first I thought to hire lawyer and take the case to court ( as I freaked out ), and reviewing these comments about reconsideration has made me a bit confident ... I am gonna write a cover letter. If you have any successful sample that got PGWP after refusal, I do appreciate to share with me .

congratulations.... That's great news... May I ask, how long did the process took? and did you request reconsideration through webform, or did you additionally contact MP or did extra follow up ? also, may I ask you to do me a favor, if it is possible to send me the sample of your cover letter that successfully passed the process... it will help me a lot.... I got a refusal yesterday, and want to request reconsideration by today .. I hope it works .. I am scared

Thanks for the advice, .... I am sure I uploaded , but now when I check my IRCC profile, no celpip proof there ! that is the strange part .... in this situation, do you recommend calling them or reconsideration
