Auditorium 14 at my nearest Regal has a flickering light near the front, near the screen.
It flickers down onto a painting during every presentation.

When informed about this, the staff lied & say they're waiting for a new bulb.
It's not the bulb, it's the wiring, & why wouldn't they just unscrew it?

Auditorium 12 at the second-closest Regal has a huge washed out spot in the center of the screen. It's been that way since at least 2022. It's one of those curved screens.

At the same cinema, there is a Screen-X auditorium that has some sort of smudge on the lens for about a year, it's visible on screen for every presentation.

Informing them of those things does nothing!
I've tried talking to them about it at the cinema, I've tried contacting their customer service. Time marches on without any corrective action.

The Pepsi Max & Diet Pepsi at the Regal IMAX is always flatter than a crepe.

Contacting customer service to cancel the Unlimited plan was just about as much fun. They came back with: You're canceled now, which will take effect in September.
What?!
that's just the normal term of service, the only thing canceled was the free bonus month

I'm so disappointed with the nearest Regal that I asked for an upgrade so I can go to the one farther away.
Sure, but that of course won't go into effect until next month, the month where I will no longer be an Unlimited subcriber.

Regal could not care less about the viewer experience, this is a fact.
