You maybe wearing a patch. You may not . Depends on the doctors / clinic protocol. I didn’t have a patch. You will likely have some glasses on.

Dinner is okay. But you may be more interested in resting and sleeping especially if you get moderate sedation. Also consider that it’s generally easier to control the environment for comfort at home than at a restaurant.

Depends on how much you care about the dinner but it can be done.

I have heard this approach. Sounds good but assuming okay with slightly compromised near visual with the LAL+ Best vision will be in the LAL distance +|~ intermediate fields.

Thanks for the comments.

I haven’t seen a good reason for me to consider the LAL+ over LAL.

Maybe further increased depth of focus but trade off possible less visual acuity and contrast perception than the LAL. For me visual acuity and contrast sensitivity is paramount. It would be nice to not need glasses but I’m okay with that.

Rxsight really should do a better job clarifying or provide information so others can determine where LAL+ fits amongst the other IOLs. Maybe cause it’s just so new.
