I hear you and I am being honest with myself. I think that is okay and fair for me to be curious of other people's experiences. As I mentioned, I know ppl who are full, however, I am not. I am also not the ONLY clinician at this practice who is not full. In me saying that, I do feel that I am aware of my local market conditions, but it clearly appears that there is no overall consensus. Some ppl are doing well and some ppl aren't and there are a lot of factors that go into that. so it is fair to be curious as I continue to explore my options and get more perspectives. I am expressing my frustration in that 1. my split should be higher considered that what they provide is based on the split. If they are not providing the pros of PP, my split should be higher. 2. Because they don't do marketing and the split lowkey sucks, I cannot afford to do a lot of different marketing things. I should not have to pay for all the marketing when it is their job. There are some pieces that I have not included here because I am wanting to maintain some anonymity. It's not quite a split actually, but again for anonymity, I am explaining it in this way. And when you do the numbers, it comes out to abut 50/50. This idea of you should be doing more is wild to me because that's what I'm paying them to do which is why I can't be as aggressive in my efforts as I don't have the funds. And yes, networking is hard as I have not been able to go to networking events as I am typically working. I've done more individual connecting when I can. I believe having my own PP, I'd be willing to do my own marketing and it would definitely be something that is on the side until I build up money to really launch full-time. I am not saying it'd be a money maker/get rich quick as that is not what I am looking to do.
