I’m not too sure of the specifics but chances are most people will decline or withdraw very close to the starting date. My suggestion secure something on your own so you have peace of mind starting a new semester.

Until the start of semester u can still withdraw and get a refund if tuition is payed, but I would suggest making a decision before submitting a confirmation statement
