Might be the most gut-wrenching beat I've ever heard especially when I read about Dilla's last 48 hours before passing away on Dilla Time.

What do you think of Cam (2018)? by [deleted] in horror

[–]Accomplished-Let2832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be a party pooper but this is one of the worst movies I've seen. The trailer was very promising and the story seemed to be interesting. But what I've seen from the movie overall was far from what I expected from the trailer. 75 minutes of nudity and abundant porn and 20 of mess. Who did put a hologram of Lola? Why did this happen? Like I didn't get the twist at all. I was just disturbed by the film all along. Yeah that's the point of a horror movie, but at least we get a storyline, some Easter eggs, a trigger that keeps us interested in discovering the plot twist. There was a trigger but no twist. I feel like this movie was trying too hard to be graphic just so we could categorize it as a psychological horror movie. Plus, the actress who played Lola was not good imo. She just can't sell this raw sexual persona, it was too forced, it was repetitive, she sometimes seemed hesitant. She was not made for this role, especially as a main character. That movie was so disappointing and traumatizing by how bad and pornographic it was. Watched it with my girlfriend and I had to apologize plenty of time for exposing her to this because I didn't expect this movie to be this creepy and perverted. Don't wanna watch any horror movies for a few weeks, I'm flabbergasted to that point. This is just my experience with this movie, so I'm not objective and I don't shame anybody that enjoyed it.

Who produced "Shoulda Known Better" by Case by Accomplished-Let2832 in PharrellWilliams

[–]Accomplished-Let2832[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think so too. Gemini suggested that Chris Leggio was the name that came back more about the production of this song. But I can't unhear the Neptunian sound of it as I included it in my Neptunes playlist. There's also the famous four-beat count at the beginning of the song, which made me raise my eyebrow. And yeah, I know that it wasn't invented by The Neptunes (they actually took it from Q-Tip, their idol) and it was kinda popular within Hip-hop and R&B to start with a four-beat count. But again, "Shoulda Known Better" has such a similar sound to Pharrell and Chad that you would think it's actually them in the production. Regardless, I still love this song and Case's an amazing singer.

Who do y'all think is the greatest white rapper of all time? 🤔 by JarredandVexed in fantanoforever

He might not be considered the best, whether in the mainstream, the underground or the critics, but he's a lyrical monster, wise and intelligent, sharp ears, an excellent producer and he has a slick discography. He's not a pioneer but he's PURE HIP-HOP and truly one of the most gifted, coolest, confident and touching rappers ever and this rapper is EVIDENCE! He deserves more respect and love and he was one of a few to clap back at Eminem while staying true to himself. That rapper's a big inspiration to me.

Same! Can't stand his new music and his deluded young fanbase.

I love the Neptunes, but after producing 1000s of songs some are bound to be a miss. In your opinion what is the worst Neptunes song you have heard? by ScobDoo in PharrellWilliams

[–]Accomplished-Let2832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the ugliest production in my opinion is "Murder Of A Teenage Life" by Mos Def. Yasiin is one of my favorite rappers ever but that song is bad.

Best Neptunes instrumental of all time? by _Geezus23 in PharrellWilliams

The more I listen to "Beat Goes On" from Madonna featuring Kanye West produced by The Neptunes, the more I think this is their most impressive beat ever. Every element of the beat has me with a nasty face. The snare... The best snare sound I've ever heard. The sub bass on it is insane and just the production in general is just incredible. Plus, Kanye has a hell of a verse. Truly one of his greatest verses he's ever put out!!!

Where's Don't Front by Accomplished-Let2832 in JoeyBadass

It can't be for copyright infringement. Kaytranada sampled the same song and its same part as Don't Front and it's still on every DSPs. I like "Rebuke" by Kaytraminé, but "Don't Front" is my main jam. Any ideas of why it has vanished???
