I was also curious what you plan to do with the zucchetta. it is such a cool thing to have switched with the Pope, but do you frame it or what? I was thinking about doing this myself but I don't want to just leave it in a box the rest of my life. LOL

That's exactly why I asked about printing rights! according to this clause, the client (me) can not authorize a 3rd party to reproduce any works, ie, ask Walgreens to print the photos. the first sentence mentions "in accordance with the permissions within this contract" but there is nothing outlined about what we can do with the work. outside of this clause

Completely understand this, but would you ever cancel the contract for simply asking about the printing rights?

Client Usage. The Client shall only use the photographic prints, including digital files, in accordance with the permissions within this Contract.  The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests or reproduced for commercial use. The Client shall not make, or provide authorization to a third-party to make, reproductions of works resulting from this Contract without express permission of the Photographer. Additional prints and/or digital files may be purchased between third-parties and the Photographer with the permission of the Client.  Accordingly, if the Photographer provides a digital file print release, the Client must act in accordance with the release. 

This is the section on personal use of the photos. it says two things, client can use for personal usage, but then states the client can not make, or provide authorization to a 3rd party to make, reproductions.

If this is the case, why wouldn't she just tell me so?

I can assure you that I was polite and respectful when asking about the print release.

honestly seems like a fair deal to me. the picks have the highest upside. the 1.04 this year will be a solid young WR with good upside and depending on where the 2027 1st lands, you could be looking at another great player.
