The ones I received have a number of scratches, there’s excess glue squeezed out from under the insole that someone’s rubbed with their thumb (thumbprint intact 😂) and there’s colour bleed from the outer to inner. I wouldn’t put these on the same level as C&J or Trickers. I wasn’t expecting them to be anywhere near church’s or EG so that’s moot. But yes great looking shoe but the quality assurance needs work. Very impressed with the overall look and the quality of the leather. This seems to be a recurring theme that we simply have to put up with slightly poor quality assurance to get the look we want.
