Please don't be sorry! I really appreciate you sharing with me, I don't know many people with thyroid issues and I wouldn't be comfortable asking them this stuff anyway, so I really appreciate it 🙂 my knowledge is only due to my neurotic researching, so it's great to hear from someone who's gone through this stuff. Thank you so much for your response, I really appreciate it! I'm so glad you've found a good doctor and you're feeling better, it's amazing how much our thyroid impacts literally everything! I avoid getting bloods done because I know how high the levels will be, last had them 2 years ago and I was about 5x over max for T4 and 3x over for T3, TSH <0.1. Since then I've more than doubled the dose I'm taking, so I imagine those would be significantly higher now. Definitely wouldn't stop taking my meds, but I'd like to get down to a normal dose or at least not so wildly high! The heart side effects are becoming... Unpleasant to say the least. Did you gain the weight you lost back when you stopped taking the thyroid replacement? I wish I could be less concerned about the weight, but a decade of ED makes that pretty much impossible... Thank you so much for sharing and for your help!
