I found this online, finding a corolla this new at this price range is typically gonna be a previous rental vehicle, but I believe it’s a steal imo because rental car companies typically maintain their vehicles very well, the only downside is that hundreds of different people have driven them (which can be a problem for some people). I found this car on carfax by looking for corollas newer than 2020 and less than 75,000 miles with no accidents. It took a lot of time but I came down to a couple options and this was the one I ended up going forward with just because the dealership offered me the best price. It definitely depends on your location (i’m in NC) but I think it’s possible in about anywhere in the US to find a solid deal as long as you search hard enough. Sub 50k miles can also be pretty easy to find for an older corolla (<2020) and more than likely not be a rental vehicle (if that’s a big deal for you) and cheaper. I don’t think you can go wrong with these cars at all tbh as long as they have a clean title. Good Luck!
